We have over 14 years experience in offering quality accommodation for Bangor University students.
BangorLets is a small independent property rental business operating in Bangor. We provide a personal touch to our letting business to help create great experiences for our tenants.
As local landlords, we manage all aspects of our tenancies ourselves from advertising to viewings and call outs. We pride ourselves in responding promptly and professionally to enquiries from both potential and current tenants.
We are not just another Bangor letting agency. We own most of our rental properties, allowing us to set and maintain the high standards we consider necessary for our clients' comfort and peace of mind.
We are members of the National Residential Landlord Association (NRLA) and use their documentation, guidance and recommendations to offer a professional service.
We have signed up to the Bangor University Conditions for Registration for shared housing in the private rented sector.

Safety and compliance
At all times, the safety of our tenants is paramount.
All properties comply with the required statutory safety standards and are regularly inspected and maintained.
All properties come with energy performance certificates.
We are licensed as landlords with Rent Smart Wales and are registered with the National Residential Landlords Association.
We have been granted Housing of Multiple Occupation licences for all student let accommodation by Cyngor Gwynedd Council. The only exception is The Sidings, Liverpool, which is not classed as a HMO.
